Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure your new caravan or motorhome carpets arrive without unnecessary delay.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) are normally dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched on the following Monday. If Monday is a Bank Holiday, orders will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Delivery Service

We use trusted national couriers, including APC Overnight and DX Logistics, to deliver your order on a next-working-day service wherever possible.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside of our control, including adverse weather conditions, courier delays or high demand.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver throughout the UK. At present, there are no known delivery restrictions, although this may occasionally vary depending on the courier network.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation from the courier so you can track your delivery's progress.
